This tour could benefit from better planning so half of the bus isn’t waiting at the gator park unnecessarily for an extra hour “due to traffic.” In the end, trying to use 1 bus and 1 tour guide for 2 separate itineraries doesn’t promote the best customer service. With all that being said, the bus was clean, the driver was good, we learned a bit from the tour guide, the gator park was small but nice, we didn’t get much time in Miami but the spots we saw were beautiful! Overall, I probably wouldn’t book this tour again, but the Everglades and Miami experience are a must-do!

This is a great tour, if you have a flight leaving late afternoon/evening from Miami or Fort Lauderdale. The city tour gave us a good insight of Miami from South Beach to the stop in little Havana. The guide had a wealth of knowledge of Miami. The airboat tour was the highlight, Our Captain Baby Face had wonderful knowledge of the Flora and Fauna of the Everglades. We saw several alligators and all kind of bird and fish species. Highly recommended.

Picked up first, dropped off last. Trip billed as 4.5hrs was 11 hrs with 3 unnecessary hrs on bus besides the city tour. Booked by AAA but NO info given to them or us about what it intailed. No parking at pickup points and some ended up driving to airboat portion as not able to park. Not worth the "super saver price" AAA called and still only info was 2hr city tour and 1hr Everglades + pickup times. Not recommended!!
