We were picked up in a Sprinter type van instead of a coach bus. Seating was smaller than an airplane for the 4 hour ride. No bathrooms in a van. The vans were new at least. We were told the trip was $75 cash per person when the driver picks us up and to pay the driver but noticed afterwards that the rates were lower on their website and TripAdvisor. The van was full so another driver in a similar can picked us up. Not sure where the cash went. Ride was cheaper than an Uber at least. Driver was friendly. Departure and arrival times were good.

I booked the shuttle bus from Miami to key west at 7:30. But the bus arrived at 8:30. We tried to seek an explanation from the tour guide. She has a terrible attitude and did not apologize at all. The bus is also OVERBOOKED. I will never tried this again

The ride itself was fine but the quality of the bus was NASTY. Roaches on the bus, cereal underneath the seats, the bathrooms had no toilet paper, no water, OR sanitizer. Just pure nasty and unsanitary. Will not be riding this trash can on wheels again
