Overview

Ride across 34 islands and 42 bridges known as the Florida Keys. You will travel through the 7 Mile Bridge - one of the longest in the world! The road is bordered by the emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. Make sure you take pictures! You will have approximately 6hrs in Key West to explore the island at your leisure. Key West lies at the end of the chain of islands known as the Florida Keys and is the southernmost city in the continental United States.

Me and my friend have been saying for awhile that we wanted to go to key west. Well we had plans to go somewhere in ft.lauderdale and we thought it would be fun to go to key west too. We found the bus for the day trip and we thought that was perfect. This gave us a chance to go to key west without us driving or paying for a ferry/boat or cruise. The price of the ride was reasonable. You ride on a bus that is air conditioned, decent chairs that recline and it has a restroom. The driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Now the bus was a little old which you can tell from the inside but the round trip was only 39 and we god there too and from key west safely. I feel if you are ever in the Miami/ft.lauderdale area you should go on the bus day trip to key west. It was fun!

It was a long drive. On the way out luckily we stopped for lunch halfway at a local restaurant that had tasty food. The ride to come back and be on our way to Punta Gorda was long!

When we booked this tour' it was supposed to be day trip(round trip). But when we called to reconfirm our tour, the operator informed us that it is one way trip only and if we want to come back we have to pay $20 per person (total $120 foe six of us) for the return trip. When I complained to the customer service about gouging by the operator and spent 15 minutes arguing about it, they reduced it to $49 for all of us. I think it is still cheating and we should get our $49 back
