Our tour was set for 2:30PM and the bus never came. The number for the point of contact is incorrect. Do not book. Will report to TripAdvisor.

The bus never came. We stood out there at the pick up Location from 2:07pm to 2:45pm. We seen every other bus tour except ours. Asked every bus operator that did tours that stopped if that was the tour we paid for. Every bus operator we asked stated that he was not a part of that tour. We were suppose to leave at 2;30 pm. So if you are in Miami, you are better off going to the Bayside Marketplace and buying a bus or boat tour in person from one of the many tour booths. That is what we had to do after the disappointment. Working on a refund from this bus tour company. The contact phone number the bus tour gave to call was not a working phone number. Just a man kept answering saying this was his personal cell phone number. Never had this problem with booking onTripAdvisor in other state we have visited.
