• You will be required to collect your tickets at least 1 hour prior to showtime from the Mandalay Bay Box Office
• You will need to present valid, government issued photo ID such as a drivers license or passport
• Seating begins one hour prior to performance. All guests must be in their seats no later than 15 minutes prior to show commencement or seating cannot be guaranteed
• Please note security checks will be conducted prior to entering the theatre. It is recommended that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance in order to be in your seat on time. No backpacks or luggage will be permitted inside the theatre. Guest who arrive with backpacks/luggage will be directed to the Delano bell desk.
• Appropriate attire is required. No swimwear and no cut-off shorts permitted. Shoes are required
• Use of any recording devices and/or cameras is strictly prohibited
• Once the booking is submitted all sales are final, non-changeable, non-transferable and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
• There will be no refund due to late arrival to a performance. The ticket holder may be refused entry to the show until a suitable break in the performance, if available.

We have been to many Cirque du Soleil. This one Hass to be one of our favorites. If you’re really into Michael Jackson, you will simply love this show. We sat in section 200 which was just perfect since there is so much that takes place not only on the stage, but also in the air. Don’t miss out on this Cirque du Soleil.

I surprised my daughter with tickets to the show for her 35th birthday! The show was amazing from start to finish, high energy performance, the acrobats, singing, dancing were awesome! From start to finish we couldn't take our eyes off the stage, the aisles, we couldn't guess where to look next, the show was very heart warming and well thought out, there was even a performer with a missing leg, he was astonishing. Dont miss this show, it is a must see.

Wow! Having been to seven different search the souls this is by far the best and I doubt it any could be better. WHY; it tells his life story in the person by music, not the the press that he had. He is one of the most if not the most misunderstood people in the world and the press again is the blame for that. Always enjoyed this music never saw MJ in person, but after watching and listening to this Undescibable event which at one time brought me to tears, I knew who he was for real. Michael Jackson had one purpose in life and that was to make the world a better place thru his music and charity. That was done thru the show,great production people and writers. YOU Will KNOW, Michael Jackson-when you’re done watching and listening! MJ IS THE ONLY ONE!! Some people have seen it 10 times and I know I’ll be back to see it with my friends and family :-) Van
