Overview

This experience takes you on a scenic day trip that showcases Maui's smallest Micro-Breweries. Each brewery is unique, offering you several different styles of beer. Try your favorites and bring some home with you for later. We take you on a personal tour of three local breweries, with a flight of beer at each stop, a delicious lunch and heavy appetizers. We do all the driving, so all you need to do is enjoy the great food and amazing craft beer. The ride between breweries will take you through some of Maui’s most gorgeous scenery. In the winter, there's even a good chance you can see humpback whales! This tour is unique as you get to see Waikiki Brewing, Kohola Brewing and Maui's newest brewery, Mahalo Aleworks!

What To Expect

Kohola Brewery

You will receive a full tour of Kohola Brewery by one of Kohola's very own team members. Learn how they create the clean, easy drinking and well balanced beers they are known for such as the Lokahi Pilsner, Talk Story Pale Ale, Mean Bean Coffee Stout, Pineapple Blonde, the WaterMan IPA, Lahaina Haze and Red Sand Amber Ale. After the tour you will get to select a custom flight of beer and enjoy it with the rest of your private group in the tasting room.

Our tour guide was great. He was very knowledgeable and kind. The breweries on the tour were different enough to provide variety which made the experience all the better. The food was also top notch. I would definitely recommend spending a day learning about the beer culture on Maui.

Very fun, safe, and informative tour. I was lucky enough to go on the first Micro-Brewery tour and it was a great time. Well thought out starting at Waikiki Brewing sampling some solid basic offerings (personal fav here was the English Brown Ale), and some basic brewing information from our tour guide Dustin. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable though and could answer every question we had. We moved on to Kohola Brewery, were we got to try their beers and hang out and chat. Beers here were a step up their signatures Lokahi Pilsner and Talk Story Pale Ale are my go to beers anywhere I go on island. From their we had the bus ride all the way upcountry to the newest Brewery Mahalo Aleworks. By far the highlight of this tour the owner led us around and explained every aspect of their process and set-up. Every beer I tried was exceptionally well crafted, interesting, and most importantly very delicious! Overall the trip was well worth it and everyone had a great time and learned some new information. The tour guide, the brewers and the beer drinkers all had smiles and we all just talked about our love of Beer. It was a beautiful drive, cleanly van, and great way to enjoy a day drinking beer without the driving around on your own. Highly recommended.
