Chaz was our guide on the middle Ocoee. He was very knowledgeable and fun and made our experience great! The whole staff was friendly, and the women’s shower/changing rooms and bathrooms were very clean! The gift shop was nice with much to choose from. Also, we arrived an hour prior to our scheduled time and had a good lunch at Quest’s little outdoor cafe. Great trip all around!

Chaz was an amazing guide and helped us the entire way through. We were definitely nervous at first, but he was very calm and reassuring and the experience was amazing. We will definitely come back and strongly encourage anyone else that is skeptical/nervous about white water rafting in general to come here, they make your experience very fun and easy!!
