Our tour guide Rachel was vivacious and on-time. She made sure that the unpopular rental scooters did not threaten us and gave us historic references and current info on sites and restaurants we visited. Let me say, again, the weather was nasty. In the 40’s, and raining/drizzling/blowing! She was a trouper. My varsity bite was the Krispy Creme Donut Cheeseburger and this would not be something i would ever order. Also my Korean Chicken wing had shatteringly crisp skin, very nice. My three girlfriends and I had hoped to also see Ina Garten that day, but she was sold out. The two ladies who joined us, delightful, had ordered their Ina tickets early....my friends and I had to console ourselves with retail therapy. But this WOULD be a tour than men would like the food, I promise.

Greetings, thank you for your review! Glad you enjoyed Rachel as a tour guide and she helped protect you from the rental scooters =) ha ha they can be dangerous for sure! Thank you for being a trooper and taking the tour in the drizzle, but it sounds like the cheeseburger at Cypress made up for it! Glad you were able to make lemons into lemonade that day and share your experience with others. Please know now that you are a Flavors foodie now and you get 10% anytime you book with us. We also operate food tours in St Thomas USVI, Puerto Rico and Sint Maarten in the Caribbean. See you soon! Smiles from Hotlanta, Leslie

It was a very cold wet day and this tour was filled with pleasant surprises. Rachel was our tour guide, she was informative, sweet, and made us feel like guests at the home of a very hospitable host. We started the tour with going inside a very beautiful church, something unexpected for a food tour but a welcomed surprise. All the food we had was very good and only had “southern food” at one establishment. I thought we would be having mainly southern food which I love, but was pleasantly surprised we did not and enjoyed the food in each and every place. The tour was a perfect mix of Atlanta history and food scene.

Rachel is awesome. She did a great job leading our group of 6 on this yummy tour of Midtown. She provided a bit of Atlanta history - even the Atlanta natives learned something new. There was a good variety of restaurants and delicious tastings along the way. A wonderful way to spend a beautiful afternoon in Midtown! Will definitely be recommending this adventure to friends.
