This was my first experience of a food tour and John did not disappoint. Being new to the Atlanta area this not only was a great way to try new restaurants but I also had an opportunity to walk around an area of Atlanta (Midtown) I have not spent much time in. John's knowledge of the history of Atlanta along with different historical sites along the tour was fantastic. The food choices were excellent and I cannot wait to go back to the restaurants we tried to dive into their full menus. Thank you for a great day, John!

Tyler, I still grin at the thought of the three couples that made up your food tour experience. Lots of food! Lots of laughs! Great group...but I could NOT stop calling you Josh! Everybody the same age. Everybody laughing and carrying on. And I keep calling you Josh! My bad! You want a free tour? Just call. I may not answer...but feel free to keep calling. :) Your first food tour was a birthday gift...so I'll give a shout out to Ms. A. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon together...with new friends...eating and drinking and laughing...and learning! You are a local. You have a cute map of Midtown. You know where to park free. Don't be a stranger!! I'll look for you on Peachtree Street! I'll greet you as Tyler! My best! John

This was such an enjoyable afternoon for my husband and I!! John was nothing but accommodating and truly hospitable from the moment we booked our tour. Great clear communication that went above and beyond any other tour you'll probably ever go on. He was most definitely a pro at the "food tour" scene and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our time together. We had researched all the other food tour options in Atlanta and although the price difference initially made this a hard decision for my husband and I, it was most definitely worth EVERY penny spent and we instantly said to each other that was so worth the money and we would do it again in a heartbeat! The food choices were diverse, original, and DELICIOUS!! He is such a fun guy and has such a passion for food and the Midtown area. We loved getting to spend one of our days in Atlanta with him and the time we shared with such an amazing personality that will not be soon forgot. Don't hesitate to book the tour with Peachtree Food Tours. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Thank You, Ashlynn! ...and a Hello! to Josh! Although there is not one healthy thing on my tour, you weathered on! "The food choices were diverse, original, and DELICIOUS!" I know that you were eating for "two" so adjusting the tastes was my pleasure! As soon as your baby can eat real food, let's get her on my foodie adventure!! Big discount for 2 year olds! :) So...my sweet Jeri read your review and had a comment on the "amazing personality" piece. She looked at me and said, "If they only knew you like I do." Amazing for 4 hours? OK! 5 hours? The bloom may go off the rose. Ha! My best to your entire family! John

John,owner/tour guide, really made us feel welcomed to Midtown Atlanta. First time in the city, first day of visit. Great food, Atlanta History, lovely walk around and new "friends" makes for a wonderful time. Do this on your first day in Atlanta and you will not want for great places to eat.

Hello Ms. A.!! And a Hello to Collin! It's easy to make folks feel welcome when they are as wonderful as you two...traveling across the country...from one adventure to another! Att: TA readers! Be like Nancy! Do my food tour (or any food tour!) as soon as you get into town! ...and then "you will not want for great places to eat!" Be travel smart! There is nothing worse than spending good vacation money on bad food! A Peachtree Food Tour is all that...and more! A local's choice of restaurants? Sure! And then where to go for fun? My sweet Jeri and I may just have a few suggestions that are worth your time! I know you two have more travel destinations ahead of you and here's hoping there are more food tours in your future! My best to you both! John
