I use to be a loyal customer to Tri-State out of Indiana to Chicago's airports. They are now out of business, which sent me on a mission to research and find and an alternative way to go. I decided to go with Echo Limo's Service. I liked all the positive reviews. The cost was maybe $50 more than what Tri State use to be. And they didn't charge me an additional fee for coming to Indiana. I had an early flight, needed to be picked up by 500am; they were at my front door 15 minutes early. The same on the way back; they were waiting for me. The vehicles were very clean and comfortable. The driver's were extremely polite. I received a reminder text the day before about the limo. The day of:: I received a text with a description of the vehicle, driver's name and the driver's cell phone number. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!

My sister was flying in from LA for a visit with a flight arriving at Midway at 5:10pm on a weeknight. I did not want the stress of getting to and from the airport at that time of day and trying to make an easy pick-up for her, so decided to book her transportation home. Echo Limousine more than met my expectations (based on their great reviews) and my sister was thrilled with the experience. Ray, the driver, was so polite and upbeat and she was delivered quickly to my home after a few delays in her arrival, which I did not have to worry about, Echo did all the work. Fantastic job!!!

Echo Limousine is fantastic! This was our second occasion to utilize their car service and they are hands down the best. They are professional, timely and their communication is superb. We were extremely fortunate to have Mario and Kina make our trip to and from the airport seamless.
