Terrible experience. Do not recommend to anyone. Do not purchase from this tour company. They sold to my family package of 3 tour for one price but did not able to provide 3rd tour as advertised. Unable to provide accommodation and terrible disrespectful communication with clients.

It is important to clarify in your comment that our company sent you a message 48 hours before to EXPLAIN to you the situation of tours number 3 (Everglades) and you did not respond to us and when we spoke with you on Sunday and we He said in a (Rude) way that you didn't check your cell phone and didn't care about any messages since you were on vacation!! This cruise was most enjoyable. It exceeded my expectations. Pirate, the host was funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend this cruise for family, couples, and singles if you want to see where the rich and famous live.

I’ll begin by saying the tours themselves were awesome and the man and woman who came and picked us up at our hotel were very kind and seemed like they were doing the best with the resources they were given. That being said I would recommend planning the tours on your own time so you can pick and choose what you want to do and not be disappointed when they cancel things on you Cons: - We received a text about 8 pm the evening before the trip saying that there wasn’t going to be enough time to do all three tours in one day (they did say we would be refunded for one tour but I haven’t seen it yet) - The organization was very poor, when we got to bayside park we were told that we’d have (x) amount of time before each tour and then have time in between for lunch but the times kept changing and then we ended up waiting around for a bus for one of our tours for almost 45 minutes with no updates - The Everglades tour was in my opinion the coolest part but the Everglades park employees were the worst. They did a really cool alligator show at the end of the tour the guy seemed like the most charismatic guy in the world until he was done being tipped and we saw his real personality -Again one of our tours were cancelled so we didn’t get to experience the city tour so I don’t have anything to say about it, but having it cancelled was a disappointment Pros - The boat tour captain was incredibly kind and probably the most charismatic person in Florida he did our tour in English and Spanish and he did not miss a beat. He had a plethora of dad jokes and kept the tour lively - The airboat captain in the Everglades we had worked really hard to get some alligators to come out and when we found some he did everything to get both sides of the boat to get as close to the gators as possible and that was fun - Bayside had a lot of cool shops and restaurants around and the service at the one restaurant we went to on the second floor was great In my opinion the trip will be what you make out of it if you’re able to go with the flow and not expecting everything to workout perfectly take this tour but if you’re a perfectionist book the tours on your own at Bayside in Miami
