We enjoyed most of the tour. Few of the places ware really good. I wish we had more information about the local food and the people behind it, and less history and architectural facts that we can get in other tours. I'm also wish that the guide was more aware that she walked too fast and nearly lost us some time on the cross road.

Again, this was a tour I booked via Groupon for my cousin visiting from Vancouver. Here are her words for the tour. "The 4 savoury stops had really good sized portions and were all very tasty. And the one dessert stop had a small cookie, although it was quite good. Wish it was a bigger portion! Since you couldn’t go, Lauren made sure an extra portion from each stop was available and packaged for me to take home. She also got another cookie for me when I accidentally dropped mine. Same thing about not getting an email afterwards. I’m not sure what happened there. She gave recommendations for other places to eat and even sang at one stop during the North Beach tour with the owners playing instruments. They (both North Beach and Mission District) were definitely worthwhile tours!" Again, I actually received the emails afterwards even though the Tour took down her email address.

We would have loved to taste more things. In smaller amounts. We tasted 5 things in 3 hours. Plentybofnfood. But small bites at a dozen places would have been nicer. I cant remember our tour guides name. She was nice and knowledgeable but not particularly enthusiastic or entertaining.
