Our half-day canyoneering trips are perfect for anyone new to canyon exploration. Our guides will instruct in the skills of canyoneering from basic techniques to the technical skills of rappelling. No prior experience is needed, just a general level of fitness and a sense of adventure! Moab is the heart of spectacular canyon country, so come see what makes this area so special and beautiful from the inside - out. For no additional costs, we specialize in private small groups and family-oriented tours to give our clients the attention to have amazing experiences, and come away feeling confident and accomplished in a half-day spent like no other.

Our family had an amazing and challenging time on the half-day canyoneering tour with Marie. We did some hiking/scrambling on rocks, rock-climbing up a near-vertical rock, and two rappels. Marie was very helpful, patient, and calm as we worked through all the challenges. She is clearly so experienced and knowledgeable too! Our family is two adults, one teenager, and one 11-year old. I highly recommend this group and this tour!

We went on the half day trip to Cable Arch today with James! The staff on the phone was wonderful when we called just a few days ahead to book. They answered questions and were extremely patient and helpful as we figured out what would work best for our trip! James was the absolute best guide you could have for this adventure. He was intelligent, kind, experienced, and even a trained emergency responder. He was extremely qualified, which made me feel safe since we also had our 8 year old. It was our first rappelling experience and something we will never forget! I look forward to coming back to Moab and trying out a whole day adventure again with James. If you’re checking this out, don’t go elsewhere, book now with James. I promise you won’t regret it. My son and I both claimed and rappelled and weren’t even scared because James had thoroughly explained everything! Thank you for engaging my son in thoughtful critical thinking skills questions as we went along James! You deserve a bonus!!!

We went out to the bow and arrow trail for canyoneering with Kate and OMG! WOW did we have the most amazing time! We could not have done it without Kate! She was the only guide for us! Without her encouragement and positive attitude we wouldn’t have made it :) we will be back and asking for her! Thanks for an unbelievable day!!
