Moab Scenic Off-Road Adventure

Overview

Are you looking for something absolutely breath taking with just a dash of excitement? This one is for you! This tour is focusing on the natural beauty and not so much the terrain - although the path is still a fun dirt trail.

Beautiful views of Canyons, great for photographers and families of all ages!

You'll see ancient Indian petroglyph (carving) panels, a couple of Arches, red rock spires and towering canyon walls all along the beautiful Colorado River.

We will make a few short stops to snack, take pictures, and talk about the Moab history.
Water & Snacks are provided

This tour can accommodate up to 13 passengers. Groups with 1-3 passengers will be in a smaller, private vehicle that is open air.

Fun tour! Nick was our guide. We wanted a to see the petroglyphs--very interesting and glad they were in multiple places throughout the tour. Nick was informative and fun. We weren't looking for the "extreme" part so the description is correct....the route was scenic and a dirt trail with extreme drop-offs but it was exciting. I would highly recommend this tour.

Our driver NIck was fantastic. His first priority was our safety. He took us to numerous sites to see petroglyphs, giving us his best understanding. Then we did a bit of off road touring. Nothing too outlandish, but fun and scenic. The entire trip lasted about 3 hours. The petroglyphs were easy to get to, no hard climbing or hiking involved. Definitely worth the time and money.

Our tour guide, Aaron was a good driver and followed safety protocols. He was knowledgeable of local Petroglyphs and engaged us in discussions on the Petroglyphs we were viewing. Aaron even told us about the location of other Petroglyphs in the area. He showed respect for us and for the preservation of the Petroglyphs. This tour was a great chance to see some of the back country of the Canyonlands that we would not have been able to see otherwise. I should warn you that part of this tour takes place on unmaintained Roads in an open Jeep so it is a bit rough and dusty. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would recommend it to anyone interested in prehistory.
