Moab U-Drive Slickrock Guided Tour

Overview

This is not a rental vehicle – so there won't be any huge deposits or credit card holds.
This option is great because it is an experience that is great for both the experienced and un experienced off-road driver. With a guide, you'll know exactly where to go and what to do. Our 4 seater vehicles are private so only your family will be riding together in that vehicle. The vehicles are very easy to drive and user friendly.
Your guide will give you a safety and instruction talk before your tour.

Hells Revenge trail is a slick rock trail in the Sand Flats Recreation Area. It is a 4 minute ride from our store to the trail head. We will meet and load up at our location and head out right from there. Riding up and over the red rock domes are unique to our area and exciting for any visitors.

The reservation is for 1 vehicle. If you would like more than one vehicle you will have to enter more than one reservation.

Hell's Revenge

Hell's Revenge trail near Moab has slickrock with steep descents, climbs, and sharp turns. This is a great trail for all levels of off-roading. It is not a boring dirt path trail ride! We also offer a more mellow option - please call to request!

At the start, I joked to my daughter, "It isn't really an adventure if you don't need a helmet," right before we started the first ascent into the trails beyond. Exactly forty-seven seconds later, my adrenaline could have fueled the entire past century and I swear we could still hear my freak-out echoing from the canyon on our way back out a few hours later. We were only going about three miles per hour. What a rush. I did not expect this tour to challenge me as much as it did. It hit every nerve on all sides leaving me feeling so powerful for defying the laws of fear and physics, in a mechanical mountain goat surrounded by such a beautiful and unworldly landscape. Our guides, Kevin and Ian, explained all safety-related instructions, clear experts who love what they do. I learned so much about the trail, the region, and hard a full ton of fun stories about people much braver than me. It felt like they were long time friends by the end of the ride. Put this tour on your bucket list. It is something you will not forget.

Aaron Jones was an incredible guide! He was funny, helpful, and very encouraging! This is not for the faint of heart. Very intense but SO FUN! Better to go if you’ve driven a 4x4 before or ride with someone with experience.

By far the most fun activity of our entire trip!! Such a unique and beautiful way to experience Moab. Worth every penny and would hands down recommend booking with xtreme 4x4. Everybody we dealt with was an absolute professional and valued safety! BOOK THIS, you won’t regret it.
