This tour includes Slick Rock, Hells Gate, Mickeys Hot Tub, Car Wash Hot Tub, Escalator, Cowboy Hill, Really Steep Hill, and the Colorado River Overlook! These are named obstacles (difficult rated) parts of the trail that no other company in Moab will offer you - not even with a rental.

What To Expect

Hell's Revenge

This is not a comparable tour to any of the Jeep or Hummer Tours. This trip is about going to do all of the things that they aren't doing. We go further, and cover more ground in the same amount of time. This trip includes all obstacles on the trail that you won'e even see with someone else. These obstacles are "Mickeys Hot Tub" "Car Wash Hot Tub" "Hells Gate" and "Escalator". All ages are welcome - proper safety equipment and professional drivers are provided.

Matt was our guide and he was great! He was quick to figure out what kind of thrill ride we were looking for and definitely delivered! Numerous times on our tour he had my wife speechless! Matt was quick to point out significant landmarks along the way with breathtaking photo opportunities! He takes a mean panoramic, if you are interested! Highly recommend this tour!

We took our family with kids from 17 years old to 5 years old and we all had a blast. We were blown away at what these machines are capable of in the hands of skilled drivers like Dave and Matt. You feel like you are at the limits through the obstacles and you also have some time to soak in the beautiful scenery as you navigate to the next challenge. This tour exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend it!

For the first 20 minutes or so, I was sure we were going to tip over. But Dave is an amazing driver and has incredible skill. He's appropriately cautious during the crazy angles (83 degrees? 3 wheels on the ground?) and breathtakingly fast on the sand. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. He's very knowledgeable about the area, plants, and history, and seems to know everyone. You need to have faith (and if you're the nervous type maybe ask him to stop talking about all the recent roll-overs!) but bite the bullet and take this tour!

You get more off road miles than any other tour for the amount of money spent on this trip - plus the obstacles on the 3 hour xtreme tour that nobody else offers! Honestly, people who bring their own vehicles or rent vehicles and do Hells Revenge roll over every day. It is so easy to dip into a wrong area and flip - which is why the reviews so strongly suggest to go with a guide. We even offer guided trips for people with their own vehicles that want to be with a professional so it doesn't happen to them. We've kind of become callus to it because it happens to beginner and novice drivers without a guide so often - I'll remind Dave that it isn't super calming for our guests when he talks about it .
