It was wonderful for my grandson, Cody (10), to be able to snorkel and me stay on. The boat. He was safe and well supervised. It was a rough day on the water and the staff were attentive to the needs of those feeling I’ll.

The boat itself was really nice - a very enjoyable and big catamaran for a ride out on the ocean. Once we got to the turtle snorkeling spot, it seemed that the crew took extra time to settle the boat and wasn’t confident with how they moored. Then once it was time to snorkel it literally took 30 minutes for us to get our gear and wait in line as the capitan went 1 by 1 to check people and let them in the water. I appreciate safety but that process could have been so much faster, especially when there were multiple crew members on the boat and one crew person just sitting watching. Its unfortunate that 25% of our time was just waiting on the boat watching everyone else snorkel. Then in the water, there was no help in finding turtles. We knew where to look based on other guides from other boats. Our guides didn’t even have snorkel gear on to look for turtles under water. If you’re looking for great guides and an efficient experience, I would consider another company. Or just do a sunset cruise, enjoy the boat ride and see the turtles from the boat.

Boat Crew had tourist burn out. Not very helpful or friendly. Crowded snorkeling area with many other snorkeling boats. Much better family boating experience with Hawaii Glass Bottom Boat sunset cruise.
