Your tour begins when you meet your guide in Sedona and strap yourself into a trusty Jeep for a wild desert adventure. When everyone is settled, ascend a 100-year-old wagon trail to the edge of the Colorado Plateau, and cruise along Bear Wallow Canyon, taking in mesmerizing views of red rock cliffs juxtaposed with winding highways.

As you climb 2,000 feet (607 meters) in elevation toward the peak of Mogollon Rim, you'll see three contrasting ecological zones that your guide will explain in captivating detail. Marvel at the natural diversity that makes Arizona such a special part of the country, including natural landmarks like iconic Snoopy Rock, Merry-Go-Round Rock, Munds Mountain Wilderness and Mitten Ridge Wilson Mountain.

Talk about a BLAST! Our driver, Captain Jack is a real "Renaissance Man" and a hoot to boot! Our 3 hour ride brought us up CLOSE to all of the breathtaking scenery Sedona, AZ has to offer. In addition, Capn' Jack provided us with ongoing interesting tidbits of info regarding local plant life, animals and native history. ICE COLD WATER is provided and fun was had by all in our party of 4!

Wow! What a fantastic experience! The views of Sedona and the beauty of the red rocks are awesome! Our guide, Nick couldn’t have been better! He was very knowledgeable, personable, considerate, and helpful. My husband is not real steady on his feet, and Nick helped him several times. We’d definitely recommend him and the Arizona Safari Jeep Tours!

We went out this past Friday.. it was our last day of a week's vacation in Sedona. We are SO glad that we signed up with Safari --- the LOCALLY owned jeep tour company --- and that we had Brant as our driver and guide. He was fantastic and so much fun. We had smiles on our face the whole time. The views were amazing, the ride was crazy-bumpy, and we got a lot of good information in an entertaining way. This was probably the highlight of our trip--- which also included the Grand Canyon, the Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, Winslow, Monetezuma Castle, Jerome, etc. etc. Thank you, Safari and Brant!!! HIGHLY recommended!
