As you climb 2,000 feet (607 meters) in elevation toward the peak of Mogollon Rim, you'll see three contrasting ecological zones that your guide will explain in captivating detail. We were a rambunctious group of 6 friends. Fortunately Joe was our driver and he handled us like a pro. He was the best tour guide! He was so much fun and personable. Our ride was bumpy and we loved every minute of it -we never felt in danger. Joe took us to such beautiful heights we wouldn't have gotten to see on our own exploration. Joe showed us vortex, explained about many flora, fauna, and history of Sedona. He made sure to take the best possible pictures for our memories. Take this tour of the Mogollon Rim Sunset Tour. This is a family owned business and you can tell they are concerned with giving exceptional service to their clients. At the end of our tour, we happenend to drive by a black tail rattlesnake. Joe got out of jeep and another Arizona Safari Jeep Tour driver, Devin stopped as well and they carefully moved the snake off the trail. You can tell these guys enjoy their jobs which makes this tour an awesome adventure. Thanks Joe - you are going in our book!! It was the highlight of our trip.

Here are a few reasons for 5 stars: 1. This is the only locally-owned Jeep tour company. 2. As soon as we checked in and met the crew and our driver, Rob, I knew this was the right choice! 3. As soon as we hit the trail and stared up at the beauty of the red rock and knew we were about to experience this beauty first hand, the choice was further validated. Rob made it more than a tour but rather and educational and spiritual journey. While it sounds rather corny, many visit Sedona because of its connection to nature and healing vortexes. We actually felt that surrounded by the beauty of Sedona. I highly recommend this company, this tour and Rob especially.
