What To Expect

Molokini Crater

Skip over the waves on a comfortable and speedy military-inspired, eco-friendly raft to the Molokini Crater, where you will snorkel with tropical fish, rays and various other wildlife. As the first boat to arrive at the crater, the waters will be uncrowded. Here, you'll also enjoy a delicious continental breakfast. Water visibility at this prime diving and snorkeling spot often reaches 180 feet (55 meters)! If you need a break, relax on the boat’s comfy pontoons and soak up the sun. After snorkeling in the crater, head to the backside of Molokini Crater, a place many people rarely see, for another snorkeling experience.

Keawakapu Beach

On your way to your final snorkeling destination, 'Turtle Town,' hug the Maui coastline and view the island’s most recent lava flow on the way to beautiful La Perouse Bay. The bay is a natural habitat for the Hawaiian spinner dolphin, so keep a look out and get your camera ready!

Redline Rafting

The Kihei Boat Ramp is where we depart from and return to. We are one of the first boats to Molokini because we can get there faster than most boats so you will have plenty of pristine time to snorkel.

La Perouse Bay

At 'Turtle Town,' jump in the water and swim with the friendly Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles! After snorkeling with the turtles, refuel with a deli lunch before heading back to Maui.

This excursion had a great variety of snorkeling. Saw whales, dolphins, turtles and of course a lot of fish and coral. Best part for me was snorkeling “in the elevator”! We pulled up to this spot of rough water at Molokai, and I thought- “we aren’t going to snorkel here”. Well, of course we did and it was awesome! We ended with snorkeling with turtles. Jake and Tim were great with everything! I had trouble with my phone and waterproof bag- Jake told me to just go out and snorkel a bit, and he would help me with my problem. I came back and I was all set to video the turtles! Food was good- just everything was great! Totally recommend!!

So much packed in 5 hours! We highly recommend this Redline excursion. You are not going to duplicate it with anyone else. We already recommend the Redline Whale now this is the icing on the cake. Early morning departure from Kihei on a speed boat allowed us to be one of the first to Molokini. Captain Chase and Mate Katie were so awesome! Chase took us to his favorite spot to snorkel at Molokini. Katie went above and beyond to assist my wife in snorkeling. THANK YOU. It was abundant with fish. Then he took us to the backwall. We got to experience the "elevator". Super cool. Again fish everywhere. A short trip over to La Peruse Bay was next. This spot was a nice surprise for me. A nice reef to see more fish. Lastly Turtle Town. My first trip there years ago yielded zero turtle sightings. This time?...they were EVERYWHERE! Big ones, little ones, on the surface, on the bottom. Photos galore. As we slowly trolled back to the ramp, we kept our eyes out for whales. We saw a breach in the distance and Chase took off toward. This whale put on a show! Wife got a 6 min video with 7 breaches. Thank you Chase and Katie for sticking around for the show.
