Boat captain was rude. He said inexperienced swimmers and snorkelers would not be allowed to get in the water. That restriction is not discussed before setting out for Molokini. Disappointed.

I have to say I was reluctant to book this because there were mixed reviews. Some people said it wasn’t really worth it and there’s other snorkeling spots on the island they feel are better etc. I have to first of all put that completely to rest and say it is absolutely 100% worth the time and effort and small cost! It was so absolutely beautiful out there and we saw so many fish and the water was just so gorgeous I absolutely recommend doing it! The company we used was also incredible! All of the crew were so friendly, helpful, engaging and informative it made the whole trip even better!!! Me and my daughter felt totally safe in their care and it was clear that they really love what they do. I also really appreciated the fact that they offer such short jaunts. I had looked at a couple other options and it just seemed like four or five hours out there may have been too long, at least for us. It was the perfect amount of time to get to Molokini, spend a little over an hour in the water seeing amazing things and then head back and still have a full day to do all kinds of other fun things on the island. It was perfect I highly recommend!!! Book with the Getaway crew they were FANTASTIC!!! We will for sure be doing this again the next time we find ourselves in Maui! 🐠💛💦
