Thomas our driver(guide) is great and knowledgeable. It would be a 5 if not for the pouring heavy rain throughout the whole trip. Still have a reasonable trip.

I had a really good trip with Tower Tours, San Francisco. Our guide George was extremely knowledgeable and kept us entertained with the history and fun tit-bits about the areas we were passing through. Going with the tour , the first time one is visiting an area, vs driving yourself , has the advantage of also getting a guide who has knowledge of local history etc. Plus, the hassle free trip where one just sits back and relaxes. My tip - In Monterey, I decided not to visit the aquarium as then I would have missed out on the fun of roaming the streets. I guess that would depend on which part of the world you live in.
