I signed up for the Monument Valley tour before driving to Moab from Montana. Aimee contacted me and arranged a different day which made it cheaper for me as I was traveling solo and would have had to shell out for two seats since no one else was signed up on my first choice day. That is Perfect Customer Service (and I never use the word perfect). Larry piloted the plane I was on and was not only an excellent pilot but is extremely knowledgeable in the geology and the history of the parks and monuments of the region. He would be a good chap to talk with over a beer for the stories he can tell. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the tour and the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Redtail aviation to anyone visiting Moab.

Havmorfuninlife, Thank you so much for your review, we are elated to hear you had such a remarkably perfect experience; We strive for this in everything we do. Aimee is one of a kind & we don't know what we would do without her! Larry is one of our most experienced pilots in the air & in the National Parks, as he was a park ranger for many years. We are lucky to have him. Thank you for choosing to make Redtail Air a part of your Adventures in Moab.

I recently had a knee replacement and found there were trails that were very accessible for someone with health restrictions. Beautiful is an understatement for this park. I hope to visit again.

Carol, We are so happy to hear about your wonderful experience. One of the best aspects of our air tours is seeing some of the backcountry features that even most avid hikers miss. Thank you for choosing Redtail Air to be a part of your Adventures in Moab.

15 minute late start, pilot was rude and windows were dirty. The windows had a greasy film on them which made photography nearly impossible out the Eastside of the plane on this early morning flight. My camera would only focus on the greasy film, see attached photo. I had a napkin and cleaned the inside and that helped a little, but it was also on the outside and I could do nothing about that. If you must take this flight make sure you sit on the side of the plane without the sun, as you will get better pictures through the greasy, dirty scratched windows. Take a day raft trip down the Colorado, save yourself some money and you will enjoy it more.

Darrell, I am very sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected. If you would email me with the specifics of your flight I would like to make sure that your experience is not repeated. My email address is [email protected]. Please accept my deepest apologies. Our staff tries very hard to make sure that all of our customers have great memories to take home with them and it seems there is room for improvement. Thank you for your honest review and I'll look forward to hearing from you.
