The obstacle course was a great workout I must say, so be physical and mentally prepared. The girl that trained us did phenomenal. Overall it was fun and exciting. I will be going back.

Our guide was excellent! He spent a lot of time explaining to us newbies all of the ins and outs, and his humor and attention to detail put everyone at ease! The course is challenging, and there is definitely bang for the buck here! We had a great time celebrating a birthday, and we look forward to coming again (even with a 2-hour travel time).

My experience left me confused and disappointed. I wasnā€™t comfortable continuing with the harder part of the course, my instructor informed me I could rejoin in order to complete the remaining zip lines. But when the time came, I wasnā€™t allowed to ride on the those zip lines or rejoin my friends. I expected more considering the experience cost $60. However, my instructor was friendly and empathetic about the situation. Therefore my concern comes with the unfair policy and not the employee. I wonā€™t be returning or recommending.

Hello Maia; I am sorry that our policies left you confused and disappointed. All of our courses are challenge by choice so we never require anyone to continue on to courses that are harder than what they believe they are capable of. Our zip lines on the harder courses are integrated into the course, so that the only way they can be safely accessed and ridden is by going forward on the course. Climbing up onto the course at the end, to climb up the zip lines so they can be ridden, is not only against our policies but also physically demanding and unsafe for guests. As with any guest who participates, the big zip, our only stand alone zip line, is still available to do at the end of their day, which you were able to ride. I apologize for any confusion, but our policies are in place for everyone's safety.
