Stephanie the manager was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. I was trying to explain that the only time my ticket said was 8:30 and the boat left us at 8:15 because check in was at 8 nowhere on the site did it say anything about 8 a clock check in. After trying to see if I could reschedule she told me I must not know how to read further belittled my intelligence and me as a mother. At the end she agreed to reschedule me. When I called back later and talk to someone else turns out she never rescheduled me and they refused to give me a refund so there went 280$ down the drain.

This tour was an excellent all-around marine life tour! We saw amazing spinner dolphins, several pods of them on the way. Our guides told us about the dolphins, the reef we snorkeled at, and the history of Hawaii. We saw amazing, beautiful fish while snorkeling along the reef, and a special couple of surprises: a Reef Shark that was coaxed out of its cave, as well as an octopus. The guides were careful with the sea creatures and patient with the folks who didn't know how to snorkel. All in all, an amazing value for a single tour!

Very experienced people on the boat! Momi, Rory, and Brian were amazing! Fun to work with, able to judge experience & comfort of group in the water. Highly recommend these guys. Was an incredible experience.
