Peter was very knowledgeable. He knew the history very well of the areas we visited. He gave us enough time to explore the area

We had a wonderful tour of the Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood. Our tour guide was the owner/guide, Peter, and he was terrific. Being a local resident he was able to give a lot of information and history of the places we passed and stopped at on the tour. We stopped at several waterfalls and the Vista House along the way to the Bonneville Dam/Locks and fish ladder area. From there we headed to the town of Hood River for a lunch break and then we proceeded up to the Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood. The lodge is a beautiful, old facility with wonderful displays of wood, iron and masonry craftsmanship. It was a full day of beautiful scenery and pleasant conversation.

We had a wonderful tour of the Columbia River Gorge/Mt. Hood area with Peter as our guide. We stopped at numerous waterfalls along the route and the fish ladder at Bonneville Dam before heading to Hood River, OR for lunch and continuing on to Timberline lodge on Mt. Hood. All along the route, Peter gave us fun facts about the area and its history. We never felt rushed or in a hurry. I would recommend the Oregon Tour Company to anyone interested in seeing the Columbia River Gorge area with an experienced guide.
