Everyone in our family had something to celebrate and we couldn’t think of a more fun way to spend time together than with Cowtown Cycle Party. Our ages ranged from 29 to (ahem) 60. The website was easy to maneuver, the instructions were clear, and the reminders and additional information helpful. We just showed up with our ice cooler in tow. Our driver, Rodger, was easy-going and laughed (and sang) along with us; however, we knew he was constantly being a safe and conscientious driver. We stopped at a couple of bars along the way, but loved the fact that we didn’t have to if we didn’t want to. We swapped seats frequently since some of the spots don’t pedal, which prevented any one from getting too tired. We chose to book the whole cycle, but I honestly believe if there were 15 total strangers onboard, they would have a great time together. It’s just that much fun!

This was a great time and I would recommend it! We did this as a suprise B-day party and it was so fun! BYOB and only $26 a person if you get $15 people. The drivers even let us go a little longer and we just tipped them extra! Only warning, be sure to wear comfy clothes!

Our group had a blast on the cowtown cycle party. But I must admit that it is harder than you might think. Be prepared to pedal hard but your beverage of choice helps in that department. Bring your own everything....beverages, snacks and tunes (on your iPod ). Biking around downtown Fort Worth with stops at bars and the water gardens takes a couple of hours. This is a new attraction in Fort Worth so be prepared for the looks, the honks, and the photos. I would definitely do this again....but probably not in July , August or September .....it's just too hot in Texas then. Have fun and wave at everyone!
