What To Expect

Chattanooga Ghost Tours

Chattanooga's original and only award-winning ghost tour company will take you on a chilling haunted history tour that includes several stops for stories and photo opportunities at the city's best haunted locations! While normally we do go inside 1-3 places, for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic, we will not go inside, in order to keep our guests safe. However, the talented guides' intriguing stories of spirits will keep you enthralled, and they will point out the best places for ghost pics.

My wife and I had an absolute blast on the tour, learning about all of the interesting and gorey events that have taken place over the years. Jessica was an incredible guide that made the whole journey a lot of fun. She was personable, very knowledgeable, and was amazing at delivering the stories on the tour, keeping us pulled in the entire journey! Can't recommend the tour enough - local or tourist, this is a must do while in Chattanooga!

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us many facts about Chattanooga. Due to COVID we were not allowed inside any buildings and one building was condemned. It diminished the tour somewhat, but the guide was very descriptive. I went on the tour because someone in my group was interested in the ghosts. I enjoyed the tour for the history of the city.

Jessica was our guide and she was beyond AWESOME! Very knowledgeable about the history of Chattanooga and even gave tips on cool places to eat around town. The haunted places we visited are very creepy and I was able to catch some activity on my camera! The only bummer was we were not able to go in a few of the places as they normally would (we were informed of that change prior), but due to the pandemic that is completely understandable. Everyone wore masks as safety is their #1 priority which enabled me to relax and really enjoy the tour. I will definitely take this tour again and would recommend to anyone! I really wish Zak Bagans from Ghost Adventures would conduct some investigations on these locations as I’m sure he would find a lot of activity. And next time I visit Chattanooga, I’m staying at the Read House in room 311. Why you may ask? Take the tour, if you dare. You won’t regret it!

Hey Katie, thank you so much for your review of Jessica's tour, and we agree, she IS beyond awesome! We love sharing our city, and that includes info about other cool things around town, as well. So glad you got some ghost photos! I am writing this several months after your review- I don't know how I missed it when you first wrote- and thankfully, we are beginning to ease up on Covid restrictions and offer more options. While we have not yet begun going back inside, I am talking to some places about trying to bring our half-size groups in soon. We can't wait to see you again!
