Chattanooga Ghost Tours

Chattanooga's original and only award-winning ghost tour company will take you on a chilling haunted history tour that includes several stops for stories and photo opportunities at the city's best haunted locations! While normally we do go inside 1-3 places, for the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic, we will not go inside, in order to keep our guests safe. However, the talented guides' intriguing stories of spirits will keep you enthralled, and they will point out the best places for ghost pics.

I love ghost tours and have done several (Savannah, St Augustine, Charleston). This one was pretty bad. All of the good ghost tours I’ve been on focused more on spooky history and old decrepit buildings. This one was all about personal stories of seeing orbs and getting “a feeling” and how someone on the last tour thought they heard ghostly whispers. I’m not about all that. Smoky pictures and random reflections of light and someone swearing they felt a cold wind rush past just makes me kind of roll my eyes. I just don’t think Chattanooga is a good city for a ghost tour. The buildings are WAY too modern and full of people. There’s a closed medical office that looks like it was built in 2017 and a BUSY recently remodeled hotel. So you’re walking through this beautiful modern lobby being told it’s full of ghosts and there’s couples walking around in robes with martini glasses chatting away and businessmen in suits complaining they didn’t get a suite even though they definitely booked one. Then there’s a bar you pass by briefly that is also supposed to be haunted but it’s well lit and packed full of people doing karaoke and having a good time. Give me derelict buildings from the 1800s, give me dark, give me abandoned. This seems more like they went around downtown and asked business owners if they could add them to their haunted tour in exchange for some free advertisement or something. On the plus side, the tour guide was alright. She seemed knowledgeable about what little relevant history there was. My group could’ve done without the personal anecdotes though.

Hi Jayy Barn. You know, it's interesting. We always get 5 star and occasionally 4 star reviews- EXCEPT when there is someone trying to start a new ghost tour in town!!! Then we get a spate of less than 4 star reviews, often coming in 2's (just like the end of June when the latest person took our tour and decided that qualified her to start her own tour attempting to steal our stories, and yours, which came right about the time she started her tour). They never come in under the name of the people running the new tour of course, but often they come in under names that appear NO WHERE on either my reservations OR the sign-in sheet all our guests sign. Like yours! No one even close to your name, and I searched well before the month you claim to have come. HAPPENS EVERY TIME, and ONLY then. Now, maybe it is just a huge coincidence. Me, I'm not a big believer in coincidences. Thanks for your review. Tell your friend do her own research and learn how to tell a story.

I've done a few ghost tours. Key west Ghost tour-awesome, Downtown Bradenton tour-terrible, St. Augustine tour-awesome. This tour overall was just so-so. I like when tours have access into historical building/areas after hours. This one only had a little bit of that. We walked through a very small tattoo shop, a parking garage and through a very cool hotel lobby. The hotel had one of the most interesting stories. Would be awesome if we could walk through the room that was spoke about. Our guide was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the history she told.

Most amazing thing I’ve ever done seen and caught so much on camera dale was our guide and he was absolutely amazing!! Recommend for all ages and is the PERFECT date night worth every penny!!
