Museum of Broadway

Overview
We’ve brought together a team of internationally renowned artists, designers & historians — both from Broadway & the experiential world — to design the museum. It will be educational, but told in a fun, accessible, brightly colored way! We are going to share information about the history of the Broadway theaters through projection mapped videos, the timeline of Broadway told through immersive environments that will leave people’s Instagram feeds full of great photos and give guests a behind-the-scenes look at the making of a Broadway show by spotlighting all the jobs and what it takes to create a Broadway show. There are other surprises and sections of the museum that will excite fans young and old!

If you enjoy museums and reading the displays allow 2 1/2-3 hours. We could have spent more time in the museum than we'd allotted. Wear comfortable shoes and know there are very few places to sit and read. It's worth taking the time or visiting more than once. We were disappointed at the minimum coverage for Wicked the 4th longest running musical on Broadway and didn't see anything specific for Newsies. More costumes would be appreciated, though those present are stunning!

Didn’t get to experience it - I left calls 48 hours prior to ask if I could change the date from Wednesday to Friday and did not receive a call back. Very disappointed. I know after I called Viator I was advised that this was non cancelable, but they said I could contact the vendor direct and explain my circumstances which I tried to do with no reply. I am extremely disappointed.

Google for discounted ticket prices as the admission is USD43 and tad too steep for what you are offered and offers no senior or student prices that I noticed. I paid $25 which is just right in my opinion. The museum has a lot of interesting artifacts, costumes, sound recordings and video clips. I spent a good hour and a half looking and I felt it was time very well spent.
