Museum of Graffiti
THE WORLD’S FIRST MUSEUM DEDICATED TO GRAFFITI ART The Museum of Graffiti exhibits, educates, and celebrates the thousands of graffiti artists who have transformed walls in our public spaces into vibrant masterpieces. The museum is located in the heart of Wynwood. What was once a sleepy industrial neighborhood, Wynwood was transformed by graffiti artists into the largest open-air gallery in the world. Despite being a global arts destination, the Museum of Graffiti is Wynwood’s very first museum. While the main exhibitions are indoors, the Museum has programmed several of the exterior walls to present the work of today’s top graffiti artists. Now located at 276 NW 26th Street Miami FL 33127

I've waited for a while and today decided to see the Museum of Graffiti. I was very skeptical, but so pleased and engaged. The staff is very welcoming and shared information. The exhibits are well laid out, clear, and thoughtful. You cannot leave without gaining an appreciation for the graffiti and murals covering so many walls in Wynwood. If you're going to Wynwood, I'd put this attraction on your must-visit list. The gift shop has interesting stuff, too. They have moved recently, so make sure the address is correct - it's just around the corner. The ticket might be pricey, but it's worth it. If you live in Miami and have a library card, you can get a pass!

We have never been there! We walked in and there was a man in the front which said hello to us. There was lots of people coming in and out. My son went straight in as he loves art. After being there for about 8 minutes more and more people walked in. Then a snobby snobby woman walks in I am guessing the own when I say rude she was so rude and moves a sign which was hiding on the side and said you need to pay 17 ti enter museum, like why didn't anyone say it when we first walked in. There were many people that walked in with us bc there was no one saying anything about entrance fee. My son was still in the back and she didn't let me get him at first. I told her I would run in and grab him and she said no I will get him. Like really?! That was too much we didn't know we had to pay to come in so chill. I told her I would get him bc he is autistic and will not go with her the museum is 1 minute walk around not big at all. When I asked her she looked at me as if I was trying to commit a crime. I only wanted to grab my son and go. Just really really bad vibes from this woman. I hope you learn to treat people with kindness if this is your business I said thank you to her and she rolled her eyes. Really mad me feel terrible.

Loved this experience! One of the most fun parts of Miami for me beyond all of the obvious things people tend to say is that there are a number of unique museums (in addition to the typical art museums and such). This is one of them!
