I was not happy with the museum. It should be frozen food shop. Icecream given while waiting is the best one on that day. We went with kids , everything is just average. Nothing to relish. Only attraction is Sprinkle pool where adults can also enjoy. There is counter to buy drinks and soothes. Tickets are priced high.

Really disappointed with the content of this experience. Having been to the Color Factory in New York we decided to pay The Museum of Ice Cream a visit as it gave the same vibe from its social media. To be honest we left feeling very flat. It was a very basic 'museum' with a few rooms to guess some facts about ice cream and taste some samples of different ice creams. It was possible to 'add on' additional experiences for a fee. We decided not to do this. The staff were friendly enough but had a very odd way of interacting with guests which was quite cringe worthy. This museum is trying to copy the color factory but it really doesn't compare at all.

Is it noisy? Yes! Is it a Museum? No was it a fun experience? Yes. Go in with an open mind and be willing to get out of your comfort zone. Vanilla ice cream that was black in color was a mind bender. The hot dog ice cream was mind blowing. A little more ice cream history would make it more of a learning experience. It was setup or decorated for a Halloween theme. We are planning on going back again to see it from a Christmas experience.
