Did not respect the timed visit. Started 15 min later. Staff seemed untrained or unhappy. A few good places to take pictures, a lot of bad places to waste time. Total waste of money

Ok if you are looking for a series of Instagram settings and a playground. Nothing like a museum. Samples are nothing speciL.

Enjoyed the slide, playrooms. Took our time. Didn’t feel rushed. No tape to put the gingerbread house together and also hard to carry it through the whole museum. Ball pit had lots of hair and debris. Missing ping pong ball. Birthday party crown was lame it was just paper very basic. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating . Birthday treat was tasty. Could use a little more NYC centric feel
