Please proceed to our front entrance and have your tickets ready via mobile device. One of our guides will scan your ticket upon arrival. Once your tickets are scanned, our guides will relay some instructions and ground rules to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest!

Random rooms about nothing related to ice cream. Unlimited ice cream... 3 scoops of one small scoop. When you end that ice cream costs money.

So fun and different! It's not a museum in the traditional sense and you can act a fool and be a kid with your kid if they aren't too kewl. Lol!

This is a total waste of money and time and an embarrassment to NYC. It felt like a scam as soon as we got there but the kids were excited so I swallowed hard and paid the exorbitant price. What a mistake. There is nothing worthwhile at all inside. Save your valuable time and wander the beautiful nearby blocks of Soho nearby to get much better pictures. And to find much much better ice cream.
