Please proceed to our front entrance and have your tickets ready via mobile device. One of our guides will scan your ticket upon arrival. Once your tickets are scanned, our guides will relay some instructions and ground rules to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest!

It is too bad that this place has the name museum attached. I was really looking for a nice creative space, but it was disappointing for the $50+ tag. First you have to wait in line on the busy street. You get "free" scoops of ice cream worse than any generic supermarket brand name. As a place for kids, it might work, but it is dark and not clean. As a place for adults, it was boring and the cheap alcoholic beverages that you have to pay for don't make it any better. If the idea is to get cool Instagram photos, there are 2 or 3 spaces where that works, unfortunately does not merit the word museum in its name.

Too much waiting, not enough ice cream, boring for teens and adults. Even my 9 1/2 year old wasn’t wowed. Waaay too exp naive for what it was. Very disappointed! Slime institute was much better. I want my $300 back!
