This operation is top notch. What a fun and cool idea for the kiddos. Gives off a less creepy Willy wonka vibe and I mean that in the best way! My kids had so much fun and enjoyed all the frozen treats along the way. The staff working were really great as well. Highly recommend.

We were very disappointed. Expected so much more. It’s a museum…. Expected to learn a little history or knowledge about ice cream. I didn’t like how we were scammed into spending extra money per person to go onto the pool of sprinkles because EVERYONE did it and nobody asked to see who paid that extra fee of not. We thought it was a complete waste of money & not worth the visit. Also there is no phone number which is a huge warning sign. If u have an questions or concerns about your reservation, you need to address it in an email
