Please proceed to our front entrance and have your tickets ready via mobile device. One of our guides will scan your ticket upon arrival. Once your tickets are scanned, our guides will relay some instructions and ground rules to help you enjoy your experience to the fullest!

The website does not do it justice! So many different fun rooms to explore and sweet treats that are included with the price of the ticket. My advice: save your appetite for the Cookie Monster Ice Cream in one of the lower rooms! Words cannot describe it!! Will definitely be back in the future!

The 3 story slide and ice cream treats in each room make this a must-see when you are in NYC. The staff are super friendly, the ice cream is delicious, and there is fun to be had on every floor!
