We were visiting Nashville from Wisconsin and read about this gem online. This is a wonderful museum of all types of music and for “old hippies” of a certain age, was just such a great experience. Lots to get nostalgic over, new facts to learn, music playing from many generations of talent. We loved it more than the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Ohio. The staff was so friendly and outgoing. Loved it!

For anyone who has ever picked up an instrument or cared about the musicians who made magic happen on their favorite records of all time...this is the place for you. We just spent 3 hours enjoying this wonderful place and the time flew! It’s clear that a great deal of love and appreciation went into this museum. You will love looking at instruments and other artifacts from the greatest musicians of all time. From Rock and Roll to Motown to Country to the L.A. sound...it’s all here. They also have interactive exhibits that everyone can enjoy. For me, the room dedicated to the famous L.A. session guys, the Wrecking Crew made me so happy to see! Nashville has many fine musical treats available for a visitor, but The Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum is one you really must see! Highly recommend!! Thanks to the wonderful staff for such a great experience.
