This tour is a combination of the real, actual murders, crime stories, ghostly sightings and history.

I couldn’t find the location and missed the tour. Requested a refund and was denied. I’m not quite sure what happened with my phone and why it took me where it took.

At 6:15 PM, I sent you a text message with detailed directions, with the meeting location, and landmarks, for our 7 PM tour. At 6:55, since you had not yet arrived, I texted you, “Hi there, do you need help finding the tour?” No response. At 7:20 PM, all you texted me was, “can I get a refund?” I explained to you, that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which is VERY flexible, and is the most common on TripAdvisor. I even offered to rebook you for another tour that night (8:30pm) or for this weekend, and you turned down both options.
