Operating on the most advanced and capable rafts on Kaua'i, the custom built Kauai Voyager I & 2, we are able to accommodate guests like no other. Our tour bring us right up close to the majestic cliffs and private beaches of the Na Pali Coast as well as into epic sea saves. We offer a smooth ride with individual seating and a full restroom while still having total access to the Na Pali Coast's spectacular features and activities.

*Please note that water activities such as snorkeling, sea caves, etc. are WEATHER PERMITTING but done on a vast majority of our tours.

The day that we went was perfect! The ocean was smooth and we were able to go into the sea caves, snorkle, and see dolphins! We enjoyed learning about the history of the area and people. We would love to do it again!

It was canceled right as we landed on the island for not having enough people for the 1 o’clock tour for the following day. We were so looking forward to getting to see the island from the water. That had great reviews. We did not have any flexibility in our schedule to take one of the later trips in the week due to booking a luau and multiple other excursions. We still have not been refunded $410. It was canceled by the tour company.

Trips get canceled. It happens with boats and oceans. Third party bookings are beyond our control. If we are forced to cancel a charter all guests are refunded. If you booked through a third party we are not able to issue a refund. We have not been nor will we get compensated by the third party. They have your payment. Direct bookings can be addressed immediately for all things. Third party bookings require you to contact the third party and some may be harder to contact thus refunds may be delayed. This is beyond our ability to correct. I hope this was adequately resolved through whichever platform you worked with. If it has not been addressed please contact us directly and we will confirm the reason for the cancellation and the need for a refund to be issued. We will go to bat for you! I believe everyone is on the same team when these instances occur. At times some clarity communication and understanding will resolve the issue even though it may take longer for larger platforms to respond. I am confident you received a full refund and although this review can not be withdrawn it can be followed up with a great one next time you are on island. Hope to see you then.

The scenery along the Na Pali Coast is unparalleled and our crew on this boat was very knowledgeable about where we were and offered a lot of great history about the places we visited. We had to work to find a snorkeling spot due to the waves that were coming in on the day we went out, but we eventually did and it was definitely a highlight of the tour, second only to the amazing sights you will see from the boat. The reason for three stars is that this is a ROUGH ride. I get that the waves can't be helped and I'm not faulting them for the conditions, but you should know if you book this tour that you might be in for some fairly rough conditions with the bow of the boat crashing down from the swells you encounter along the coast. We were toward the front of the boat, so it might be that the back portion of the boat is a little less jarring, but your back is going to feel those swells so just be aware of that. While we really loved the views, we were very happy to get back to the dock to get back on dry land.

A rough day revealed. We have a great vessel for all conditions. That said, when it gets uppity, and it does at locations along the route, on those days we just have to get it done. The northern part of the Pali gets a stiff wind at times and at others its a current running “the wrong” direction. There are portions of the trip on certain days where you just have to buckle down and make it through. Yes the bow is more active. Generally the thrill seekers find there way forward. If we notice an obvious mismatch for the conditions encountered we may ask someone to swap out. The information here is that this is an adventure tour and it can get to that point where getting home is oh so sweet. We do this every day, twice a day. Sometimes you have to take a little pepper to get through a tough day. The good news is… it’s worth it! Seriously, for all our new friends to come. Read the waiver. We love taking our friends on epic adventures but it is imperative this tour is a match for you. There are days where it requires stamina and endurance to complete the mission. There are other days where it requires a beach towel and a little nap on the ride home. Make sure this adventure is right for you. There are larger slower moving boats with cocktail bars and burgers served that may be a fit. There are also small little zip around rafts where you hold on for a ride just inches above the water. We are in the middle. Comfortable, spacious for a boat, fast with a full restroom. We are an adventure company and we don’t serve adult beverages. Believe me this, when its gets uppity on the coast ALL BOATS are happy to get back to the dock and dry land. Hope you have fun sharing your adventure story. This is not always a rough ride. That was an “exciting” day.
