Operating on the most advanced and capable rafts on Kaua'i, the custom built Kauai Voyager I & 2, we are able to accommodate guests like no other. Our tour bring us right up close to the majestic cliffs and private beaches of the Na Pali Coast as well as into epic sea saves. We offer a smooth ride with individual seating and a full restroom while still having total access to the Na Pali Coast's spectacular features and activities.

*Please note that water activities such as snorkeling, sea caves, etc. are WEATHER PERMITTING but done on a vast majority of our tours.

The trip involved an hour and a half very bumpy raft ride to AND from the Napali Coast. Once we finally got the the Napali Coast, which is what we actually paid to see, we stayed for about 3 minutes then went snorkeling in another section where you couldn’t even see the coast for 45 minutes. On the journey there the boat was too bumpy to take pictures anyways. Not at all what we were expecting. If you want to see the Napalo Coast and get your moneys worth I would do a helicopter tour instead. Also the fact that the captain purposely steered the boat directly under a little waterfall to get us wet while my phone was clearly out taking a photo was a little frustrating as well.

We missed the trip due to poor communication. We were not offered a refund and lost the trip due to road closures. The day before we were hiking the canyon, multiple trails, the multiple falls, the bay, snorkeling, ect. and we did not see the email that was sent advising of the traffic. It would have been nice to receive a call or a direct text message letting us know of said traffic. While we understand that's not the tour guides fault, it sucks that on our honeymoon we missed what would have been a great excursion. A text message would be nice since emails you don't get notified when offline. Uber didn't help either. We looked at uber and it said we would arrive on time, how ever that was not the case. So we lost a considerable amount of money. I spoke to a woman on the phone and they did not offer to help only said no refunds, no manager on duty either. If possible we would like a call to see if there is something you can do.

Highlight was seeing a pod of spinner dolphins. Historical Info given by the crew informative. This tour is not for those who have motion sensitivity or back/neck problems. The captain did give a disclaimer about the conditions prior to the trip but the waves were rough for half of the trip. Also this trip is of the dry side of the Napali Coast so the scenery was not the green rain forest that we’ve experienced on other trips. The snorkeling part of the trip was short and underwhelming few fish seen and reef was 20 ft below.
