First, I want to thank the captain for allowing us to attend. I woke up the morning of our adventure with a messed up tummy. Because of that, we were running late. As we were in route to the marina, the office called us to see if we were still coming. The first person who called, wasnāt exactly kind and we then expected the boat to leave without us. We continued driving it the hopes weād make it. A few minutes later we got a call from another staff member who was kind and understanding. That person gave us a way to park closer to the pier to make the boat. We made it with three minutes to spare and were welcomed aboard. I donāt recommend being late, it was very stressful and an Island trip is about fun and relaxation. So, make sure to get there early. Captain Ryan and first mate Mason made the trip a lot of fun. Ryan has a dry silly sense of humor which I appreciate and Mason is super friendly and attentive to passenger needs. Be awareā¦they are crazy! This boat ride is truly a Hawaiian roller coaster ride. Fast moving boat with twists and turns and loud music. You get a lot of island info and get close up to the shore. The surf was extra rough in a few spots, but Ryan handled it like a pro, dancing around the whole time. If you want a smooth leisurely ride on a catamaran with a wine luncheon, choose a different company. If you want a fun filled fast paced adventure, this is the one for you. The snorkel area was filled with fish to getup close to, no turtles for us that say. Riding aside spinner dolphins on the way there and a couple sea turtles floating along on the way back. All in all, a great experience that we are grateful we were able to attend.
