I’m local and I have been many times to Napa Valley. I want to say that IBDC Premium Transportation did great job. I called them and discussed with Dan all details of our wine tasting tour to Napa. He gave us reasonable recommendations and made all reservations at wineries for us. During lunch time we stopped at Oakville Grocery to grab some tasty sandwiches and it was very good choice. We were offered brand new Mercedes S500, chauffeur was very attentive and professional. Excellent service! Definitely I will be back again!

Wonderful service and amazing time visiting Napa/Sonoma region. Bogdan was a perfect in knowing the area and picking the best wineries for us to visit. We really liked the professional approach and knowledge of our driver/guide. It was a wonderful weekend and experience. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a private tours to NorCal wine region.

Unfortunately this was a bad 1st experience in Napa. We wanted a private guided tour with 3 wineries included. What we got was a driver …. that’s it. No history, conversation, interesting facts or other information one would expect from a private tour. They made the 3 wine tasting bookings at our request, once we realized it wasn’t included (and charged us $30), then picked us up at our hotel downtown Napa before proceeding to the 3 bookings they had made, at 10:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm. By the time we were finished the last tasting and made it back to the hotel, it was 5:30pm. We hadn’t taken our time or delayed, we simply sat through each of the three tastings as designed. All took about the same amount of time. When getting dropped off, we were told we had to pay for an 2 extra hours, given the tour was only booked for 6 hours (the tour they arranged) which cost $240. In the ends, given we are Canadian, we paid over $1,200 CDN to ride around in a nice Mercedes SUV, vs $120 of UBER’s. There was no value in this at all above what would have been provided by a typical cab ride.

All details of the tour have been agreed upfront, the client agreed itinerary for 6 hours tour starting 9-30am till 3–30pm (3 scheduled wineries + lunch) before the trip. It has been agreed with the client in advance that the tour's duration will exceed 6 hours, and extra time will be charged at the $120 per hour rate. The client spent more than 2 hours at the Peju winery, made additional stops at a convenience store and an ATM in the city of Napa, which resulted in 2 hours extra time. The client was offered a luxury black Mercedes Benz SUV GLS450 2022 with a professional, experienced, very attentive and communicative driver with excellent reviews, who did his best to provide safe and on time car service. After the 3rd winery client was a little bit drunk and started to be aggressive, offended the driver, and complained about our tour price and expensive service in California. Our driver definitely didn’t deserve such an attitude!
