No need for dinner reservations, this tour promises to guide you to some of the very best flavors in town. Two of our restaurants are listed in the Michelin Guide as recommended and the other two are arguably notable or even owned by an Iron Chef. Join us as we guide you on this culinary adventure sprinkled with history for good measure. Oxbow Market is one of our two endings for our dessert pairing on our Gourmet Food & Wine Tour in downtown Napa. Private groups can request the ending of their choice. Enjoy shopping after we land you here for our last stop.

Napa Valley Welcome Center

We love our neighbors at the Napa Welcome Center and will walk right by to direct you if you want to stop in after our tour.

First stop on the tour was incredibly busy and featured very loud live music. Although not an ideal start, the food and wines were paired beautifully, and we came home with leftovers. Elizabeth was a wonderful resource and took the time to give us a list of recommendations for the next few days of our trip. The tour is a great way for those unfamiliar with the area to get some well-rounded exposure to Napa’s best. We would recommend!

Our guide Arlene was very knowledgeable. She made sure we learned about the history of Sonoma and she took us to very interesting restaurants. The food provided and the wine pairings were fantastic. We enjoyed our time a lot and our favorite spot was the last stop, the Galatea effect wine tasting room, definitely a hidden gem. The tour was totally worth our money. Would definitely do another one when we visit wine country again.

Renee's tours are amazing. She has personally selected some unique and tasty locations. Our Friday evening started with a private wine tasting with JAM at the mansion. Our guide and Renee are so knowledgeable about wines. We continued with a fun walk and great restaurants. Every place was yummy. The wine perfectly paired. We even had Sake, which was were good. We tried things that we might not have done otherwise. I am so glad we chose Gourmet Food & Wine Tours and Renee for our Napa experience. We liked it so much we did 3 tours with Renee during our visit.
