I was charged double of what I should have been charged My sister bought the ticket at the place that you’re supposed to borrow me and I bought mine from y’all. Yours was almost doubled the price.

Aline, like we explained to you at check-in, your sister purchased her ticket directly through our booking platform, while you purchased your ticket through Viator, which is a third party sponsored website. If you purchase a ticket through Viator, you will be charged a service fee to Viator to do so. As we discussed, always try to purchase tickets directly through a company's website to avoid additional fees.
