Disappointed in the experience. Bus was small and if you were not on the right side you couldn’t see the homes.

Gray Line I give it a 1-5 all round, let me explain. First day we took double decker tour and would give it a 3, it was ok but tour guide was hard to understand and did allot of talking about how many rooms Nashville is going to have but all in all it was ok. Second day we took the Stars tour of homes I’ll say it was a 5+. The guide was awesome and so knowledgeable on the whole city, told us he has been giving tours for 25 years. If you go this is a MUST. Third and LAST I would give them a minus 0 because NO one should have to go through this. We figured it would ok, wrong. We were staying out at Gaylord at Opery land and They had a pick up site to go downtown from Hotel so we got 2 tickets from front desk for 6:00 bus. So far so good. Thing is about to change … we got downtown and our drop off and pick up point was the Country Music Hall of Fame. We walked over to Main Street did tourist stuff. The two other tours we took were downtown so we got to go eat and shop early but going downtown is a must. SO THIS IS WERE IT GETS BAD AND I BLAME THE BUS COMPANY !!! After walking around we headed back to pick up site at 8:00 so according to schedule they would be a bus there at 8:30. That would get us back to grab a bite to eat. Waited till 9:00 still no bus so there were 3 other people waiting so one of them called hotel and they didn’t know why but had heard there was a lot of traffic but they would be there. We waited another half hour no bus. So we called back and girl at front desk called the your bus line and called us back and said “THE BUS BROKE DOWN” and we’re not going to come get us … TAKE A CAB OR UBER… we well reimburse you… sorry I don’t have UBER… thank goodness that a couple of girls had it … $73 dollars. Personally I think that there were only 5 people on the bus when it left do it’s cheaper not to send a bus and driver out to get us… so here are some other things 1) The bus line should have called motel to let them know and get ahold of us (they had our e-mails and phone numbers 2) The Hotel could have sent one of their Vans to get us. I will give them a little Credit they did reimburse us for tickets And Uber…. 3) I asked the front desk where we could get Something to eat? All the places close in Resort but we could go over and get a Pre package sandwiches… WTH do Really think I want a gas Station sandwich after all this maybe a room service Voucher …..
