We had a walking tour booked for 29 Dec 2016 but I had an issue with my back, so I texted Kaysie and asked to postpone the tour. She was very understanding and immediately accommodated us. Unfortunately we had to cancel the tour that we rebooked, as I didn't want to slow other people down. Again, no issue. Upon our return to Canada Kaysie texted to see how I was, and to remind me to ask for a refund from Groupon! That is simply above and beyond excellent customer service. AND, she offered a complimentary tour if we return to Nashville!! I cannot comment on the tour itself but I will say that Kaysie is first class and that you cannot go wrong in putting your trust in her. Also note that she offers free tours to Military personnel, so that too says something extra special about Experience Nashville Tours.

We had a great experience with Experience Nashville, so much so, I highly recommend taking a tour with them. Kaysie was our tour guide; she was friendly, funny & knowledgeable, telling us all kinds of stories you probably wouldn’t normally hear about the local music legends. We walked around Downtown Nashville, so the walk is not strenuous & easily done by those who do not exercise often. We also learned quite a bit about Ryman Auditorium & ended up attracting a few people who listened in while Kaysie discussed the history of the auditorium.

The Nashville Walking Tour with Kaysie was fabulous, She is not only knowledgeable but very personable., We were given insight into local history and music, tips on restaurants and other Nashville sites not on this tour like the Belle Meade Plantation. Highly recommend the walk with Kaysie as a way to begin your exploration of Nashville.
