Pros: Very informative Great stories Great visual aids and samples Friendly and interesting staff Employee on his first day was terriffic! Cons: Long for kids under 10 (coloring materials helped) Booking was problematic through Trip Advisor; suggest bookterrific! There MUST be a more crafty/customized option for keepsake if you plan in advance.

The tour was pretty interesting and the pricing wasn’t bad. But their claim was for you to able to create a custom print. However, you received a pre-determined background and chose from two color options. Then you printed on “Hatch Show Print” with only one color option. So there truly isn’t any real customization. That said it was a nice tour, and the people were nice but don’t expect much from the “custom” print.
