My nephew comes to visit me every year from NYC & by now I am hard-pressed to find something new for us to do. Then I heard abt Hick Chick Tours. We took the 2-hour bus tour & laughed so hard the whole time bc Christy is absolutely hilarious!!! We both agreed it was the highlight of the wknd & we cud not stop talking abt it. We cant wait to go on the pub crawl when he comes back to Nashville! I've lived in Nashville since 1980 & Christy still showed us things & told us things abt Nashville that I did not know--so the tour was also very interesting. Take this tour--u wont regret it!!!

Let me say first of all, this review is based on only what I remember and what was told to me the morning after. We met up with Kristy at Dicks Last Resort where we may have started the Pub Crawl without the rest of the group. When the Crawl started out front, introductions were made, but Kristy addressed me only by the 3 letters on my Purple and Gold Gameday shirt (LSU) and was designated "sheep herder", making sure the group stayed on track from bar to bar. Our first stop was in the Printer's Alley area of Nashville. My wife and I have been to Nashville several times, but never strayed far from Broadway and was never aware of this area of town. Being from Louisiana, I was excited about the Bourbon Street feel and was equally excited about the first stop of the nigh to a bar by the same name Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar, where we were treated to some great music and friendly staff. We decided that after the Crawl, we would come back for more Blues and Brews We were able to reserve a table with the Manager to insure a seat when we came back. I don't remember much after this......but what I do remember was how knowlegeable Kristy was, how witty she was and most of all very generous with the BYGO drink tickets. You do have to pay for your drinks on the tour, but the info, freebies and company made it more than worth the Tour price. I certainly would suggest to anyone visiting Nashville that has the time and a designated driver to experience this Tour.

I did the Honky Tonk Pub Crawl with four other friends as part of a bachelorette weekend. It was a great way to start the weekend. The tour was a lot of fun and it was a good way to look around downtown and see what types of bars were in different areas. Well worth doing this tour! Christy was an excellent guide.
