You get to do a pub crawl while, at the same time, taking a walking sightseeing tour of historic downtown Nashville along the way! You'll be drinkin' and learnin' as you hear stories of the history of Nashville and laughing along the way. Some pub crawls offer "trivia" or all-inclusive with tiny drinks that you don't even get to pick! Ryman Auditorium

We stand outside the Ryman as the tour guide tells about its history.

Printer's Alley

The tour guide tells the history of Printer's Alley as well as some ghost stories and other country music stories.

Cancellation Policy

Had a great time on the pub crawl! Christie is a funny lady (that lovely accent makes it that much more fun!) and has a wealth of information! We chose this activity instead of a backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry and were pleased! If you are going to hit the honky tonks anyhow - why not go with Hick Chicks first and get your bearings?! The live music at the various bars was great! Our sis-in-law is going soon, and I've urged her to do this!!!

If you like to laugh, enjoy music and a few cocktails and don't mind a leisurely walk around the Nashville scene, this is your tour! We had such a blast listening to Christy's historical and humorous stories and meeting new friends from all over the US (and even Canada). You'll get a nickname at the start... and trust me, everyone will know you by that name (Sweet Tea, Eddie Haskell, Debbie does Dallas) ... and the fun and laughter goes on from there! Christy took us to places that we would have never gone to ourselves (Printers Alley for one) and she shows historical buildings and Nashville sites of interest along the way. We even got to see Mel Tillis sitting casually in his tour bus outside the Ryman. Each 'pub' that we 'crawled' into had great music so don't be surprised if you start dancing with someone in your tour group! For anyone looking for something other than the standard bar hopping walk down Broadway, this is it! I can't wait to head back to Nashville for another tour with Christy and the Hick Chick Tours!

There are tours, and THERE ARE TOURS! The Hick Chick pub crawl is definitely one of the latter kind. Christy is a charming, funny, knowledgeable tour guide who crams a lot of music as well as a lot of city history into the 3+ hours we spent with her. At $20 the tour is a bargain; she could charge twice as much and it still would be worthwhile. If you're new the the "Nashville scene" this is a great way to get a taste of the city. Can't say enough good things about this tour.
